PHOTOGRAPHS
All should be clear and very good quality. No vertical shots please. Photo formats can be 3" x 5" prints or digital photos on a CD, Zip Disk or Digital Camera Memory Card. The more photos, the better. Take photos in daylight if possible.
Take 3 or 4 pictures of each room from different angles, highlighting any architectural points of interest. Leave the lights off unless the photos are taken after dark.
All photos and/or digital memory cards will be returned to you.
I will submit proofs of all work so you can approve it or make changes before the final work is done. Final payment is made by cash or check upon delivery of finished brochures. I will keep your contact information and photo on file for future use. Subsequent flyer setup fee will be $15.00 per property.
